The Main Ingredient was started a number of years ago by accident. While pursuing another career, I happened to pick up a lunch for my husband from what is now my competition. I thought I could do it better, so I tried and never looked back.

What keeps us going is great staff, reliable service, a long list of loyal customers and, most importantly, good, fresh food!
